Chris and Carolyn Caldicott launched the World Food Cafe brand in 1989, when they opened London's first live kitchen in Neal's Yard, Covent Garden, serving authentic street food from around the world.
Established authors and illustrators of twelve successful recipe books they also work on freelance writing and photographic commissions for a wide range of clients including newspapers, magazines, publishers, hotels, restaurants and PR companies.
Their work has appeared in the Telegraph, Guardian, Observer Food Monthly, House and Garden, Elle, Vanity Fair, Conde Nast Traveller, Time and OK Magazine.
Together they combine their skills to offer editorial, food styling and photography packages to suit individual client's needs.
In partnership with tour operators, charities and properties the Caldicotts curate and host off the beaten track food and photography themed tours all over the world. Future tours include:
